Unfortunately, First Impressions Concrete & Design can not provide a warranty on any work preformed due to the freeze and thaw conditions we live in.

 

Due to the characteristics of concrete, concrete will crack where it feels the need given its dense nature.

 

However, as your installer, we will try to limit this cracking with expansion / control joints and saw cuts throughout the concrete product.

 

However, we do guarantee our craftsmanship, reliability, and our reputation by working with all customers until satisfied under normal circumstances.
